    We are able to offer special wholesale and reseller pricing on all credit card processing services for merchants because we are a direct credit card processor. When you go with a direct credit card processor you save by cutting out the middle man and their excessive charges. The middle men (ie. a second tier processor like: your bank, a service like Paypal or a credit union, and all independent merchant service companies, are all examples of a second tier processors) are all really just resellers of a Direct credit processor's services.

    Direct credit card processors charge merchant providers a discounted "wholesale" fee, they add their commissions (that are often double their cost) and sell you the processing under their company name so you think that they are the ones actually handling your customers charges... but they arent. When you swipe a customers card that actually goes into a system and a direct processor like us receives your request, that request is then processed through Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex etc we then tally this information and usually send the statement to the third party merchant provider. They then charge you the commission, add in a statement fee, equipment fee, annual fee and wait for you to pay them. Once you pay them they will use typically 45% to settle their bill with the direct processor.

    Most Direct credit processors only operate in pure volume not dealing with the end business owner rather a bank or a reselling merchant provider. It is for this reason we have decided to go against the grain and open a division that will offer wholesale cost processing to all types of business owners with no minimum charge requirements monthly.
